All FLIPPER'S soufflé pancake specialty stores will be offering the "Miracle Pancake Amaou Mille-feuille" (1,400 yen) as a limited-time spring menu item from March 1st to April 9th.

Based on the concept of "the best dish," the miraculous pancake is made with carefully selected ingredients and a method that makes the most of the natural power of the ingredients, resulting in a new fluffy texture and a new experience of it melting in your mouth. The pancake is made from a crispy pie topped with a mille-feuille of rich custard cream and lightly sweet whipped cream, and is luxuriously topped with large, juicy Amaou strawberries.
